Softdial Plugin® is a soft predictive dialer that has been developed using a highly sophisticated simulator, through a software engine, running at up to 10 million calls a second, that Sytel has designed specifically for the call center market.
It is aimed at software houses, switch vendors and systems integrators who want to simply plug a predictive dialler into their call centre applications.
It takes account of all campaign and dialing parameters, bar none, and because of its blazing speed, is able to constantly adjust its dialing pace to match changes in campaign conditions and provide the lowest possible wait times given the user's objectives on abandoned calls. And it easily copes with all extreme dialing conditions e.g. 80-90% no answers and/or answering machines.
Softdial Campaign Managert m is designed specifically to manage all aspects of campaigns run by Softdial Plugin®. Together they form the ideal predictive dialing solution, for both -
· the smaller call center (5 - 20 agents) and
· the larger distributed call center or ASP (up to 5000 agents)
With the easy-to-use client GUI, each supervisor can now setup, manage and adjust their own campaigns, with total control over retries and campaign progress. And with our client/server architecture and multi-tenancy features, the supervisors can be running campaigns from anywhere in the world, no matter where the campaign server and the dialer are!
Working with any standard ODBC database, Softdial Campaign Managert m makes sure that the dialer never runs out of numbers , no matter how big your task(s).
Its multi-threading and centralised update control features make database bottlenecks, whether sourcing data or writing results back, a thing of the past.
Softdial Reportert m is the Sytel on-demand reporting tool for all activity performed by Softdial Plugin®.
Utilizing Microsoft Access®, this same tool is essential for both
· call center managers, to view overall campaign performance, and
· call center supervisors, to analyse agent performance, down to individual call detail.
Reporter is both easy-to-read and easy-to-use, automatically refreshing open reports to show up-to-the-minute stats on your call center activity.
It can be used in either -
· stand alone mode, displaying reports on demand, or
· throughput mode, delivering dialer data to your third party database ready for enterprise wide reporting.
